YOUFU Candy is owned by Hunan Youfu Food Co., Ltd., founded in 2013 and located in Liuyang Economic & Technological Development Zone, Hunan, China. Our factory covers an area of 33,000 square meters with 5 core candy production lines, a professional team of 25 managers and about 100 skilled workers. We are an integrated enterprise engaging in R&D, production and global sales of candies.

5. What types of candies do you mainly produce?
Our core products cover three categories: aerated marshmallows, jelly candies and hard candies. We have four product series: Classic Series (square/round box), Innovative Printing Series, IP Co-branding Series and Customized Series, suitable for snack retail, gifts, wedding favors, souvenirs and other scenarios.
6. Do you provide OEM/ODM customization services?
Yes, we offer one-stop OEM/ODM customization for global customers, including formula R&D, shape/pattern customization, packaging design, IP co-branding and exclusive candy development. Our professional sculptor team can turn all your creative ideas into physical products.
7. What customization services do you support?
- Formula customization: Sugar-free, zero-fat, preservative-free, fruit juice added, functional ingredients (lutein ester, vitamin C) added
- Shape & pattern customization: Custom molds by hand modelers, food-grade edible ink printing for complex patterns
- Packaging customization: Standard/creative packaging (tin can, wishing bottle, nine-grid box) with custom logos and designs
- IP co-branding customization: Full-link customization for authorized IPs (shape, packaging, peripherals)
8. Do you have IP co-branding experience?
Yes, we have mature IP co-branding operation experience and have cooperated with world-renowned classic IPs such as Crayon Shin-chan and Snoopy. For IP co-branding orders, customers only need to provide valid IP authorization documents, and we will provide a full set of customized solutions.
9. Are your products healthy? Do you have sugar-free/low-sugar options?
We focus on healthy candy R&D and can provide sugar-free, zero-fat, preservative-free formulas according to customer requirements. All products use plant pectin instead of artificial additives, add natural fruit juice, lutein ester and vitamin C, which are healthy and suitable for children and young people.
10. What is the MOQ for your products and customization?
The MOQ is determined according to product type, customization difficulty and order requirements. We provide flexible MOQ solutions for both bulk classic products and customized orders. Please contact our sales team for detailed MOQ information based on your specific needs.

11. Who are your target cooperation customers?
We welcome global cooperation with customers including overseas supermarkets, convenience stores, snack chain stores, gift companies, cross-border e-commerce sellers, IP brand owners, food distributors and agents, especially customers from Europe, America and Southeast Asia.
12. What cooperation modes do you support?
We support multiple flexible cooperation modes: bulk wholesale, OEM/ODM customization, IP co-branding, exclusive regional agency. Our professional team will provide customized cooperation plans and full-process support according to your needs.
13. Can I get free product samples?
Yes, we provide free stock product samples for potential cooperative customers (customers only need to bear the international freight). For customized samples, a reasonable sample making fee will be charged, which can be fully deducted from the subsequent mass production order payment.
14. How do you quote for products and customization?
The quotation is determined based on product type, amount of customized shape, order quantity, customization requirements, packaging specifications and transportation terms. For bulk purchase of classic products, we have a unified wholesale price; for OEM/ODM and IP co-branding orders, we will provide a detailed and transparent quotation according to your specific needs within 24 working hours.
15. Can I visit your factory?
Yes, we warmly welcome global customers to visit our factory in Liuyang, China. Please contact our sales team in advance to make an appointment, and we will arrange professional reception and factory tour, including production lines, R&D center and sample display hall.
Logistics & Payment
16. What transportation terms do you support?
We support mainstream international transportation terms (Incoterms 2020): EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, applicable for ocean shipping, air shipping and international multimodal transport.
17. What payment terms do you support?
We support T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), irrevocable sight L/C, and 100% full prepayment for small orders. Settlement currency is mainly US Dollar (USD).
After-sales Service
18. How to ensure product quality?
All products go through strict quality control: raw material inspection → in-production sampling inspection → factory self-inspection → third-party CNAS testing. We provide a full set of quality inspection reports and product qualification documents before shipment.
19. What is your after-sales policy for quality problems?
If the products have quality problems within the quality guarantee period, please provide relevant photos and test reports. We will confirm the problem within 2 working hours and provide solutions such as product replacement, full refund or compensation.
20. How to track order production and logistics status?
After order signing and deposit receipt, we will assign a dedicated sales manager to follow up the whole process. We will regularly feed back the production progress with photos/videos. After shipment, we will send the tracking number, bill of lading and logistics documents in a timely manner.
